Safe Gate app for iPhone and iPad

Safe Gate provides the Platform to make your Apartments, Offices and Communities Safe. It provides features to conveniently verify your Visitors, Service Providers and Guests. It also provides a direct and fast hotline between Main Gate and Resident / Office Employee for faster responses in case of any Security breach. It has following main features:

** Visitor Verification - Main Gate Security will inform you about any Visitor who wants to Visit your Flat. You can approve or reject the entry by only pressing a button.

** Guest Entry - You can invite your guests by sharing Guest Invite code with your guests. They can then enter the Apartment by simply getting the invite code verified by the Main Gate.

** Visitor Diary - It provide full information of all the Visitors, Service providers and Guest who visited the Flat in the last 30 days.

** Service Provider Management - All details of the Daily Service Providers, coming to Flat or working in your Apartment, will be at your finger tips. You can easily get a Service Provider added to your flat, access their attendance records or contact them.

** Notifications - You will receive Notifications of your Service Providers when they enter or leave the Apartment.

** Alerts to Security - You can Alert the Main Gate Security by simply pressing a button. The Alert is sent with your location to the Security and to your Family members (who have registered in the App)

** Allow Children - You can inform security to let your child step out of the Apartment during a time window.

** Future Cabs - You can create one time or recursive entry for a Cab which you expect to come inside your Apartment. This will make the Cab entry process easier.

** Leave At the Gate - You can set this status when you do not want Security to contact you for Couriers or any deliveries.

** Emergency Contacts - You will have all Emergency Contact numbers at one place and if required you can easily call.

** Notice Board - The Society Admin can put up e-notices in the App which will be visible to all the Residents.

** Residents Information - All residents can view Building, Flat and resident living in the flat.

** Maintenance - The Society Admin can generate the Maintenance Invoices for all the Residents. The Invoice is sent via email and it is also available in the Resident App.

Security:

-We are compliant with proposed public safety act
-All data flowing in and out of the app is encrypted with 128 bit SSL

Safe Gate respects your privacy. It will ask for following permissions:

-Camera and Device Storage for letting Users take and store pictures for their profiles.
-Notifications for sending messages
-Location Access for sending location coordinates along with Security alert.
